All our machines take legal tender notes (€5, €10, €20, €100, €200 y €500) and only €1 coins. None of our machines take tokens except for the Live electronic roulette, where we can provide a token exchange service if the client prefers it.
When you put in a note or coin, the sum inserted will be converted into credits to the same value. Furthermore, the machines allow small prizes to add up instead of being paid out directly so that you don’t have to insert more money or notes to keep playing.
The machines pay up to a certain sum (€300 for most of them) and, from this limit upwards, the prizes are paid manually. In order to receive your prize, you only have to push the “Cash Out” button.
At any time, you can retire from the game and push the Pay Out button to do so. The value of any unused credits will be returned in cash. The machine will return up to a limit of €300 and anything over that will be returned manually.
The electronic bingo machines are the only ones that do allow coins to be inserted. If you want to play on these machines, you can only use notes. And if you leave the game, you will need the assistance of a machine assistant to get back the value of any unused credits in cash.
All the machines are periodically inspected and have all their required legal authorisations and respective licences.
